I have been in contact with the owner, who is physically unable to do the removal herself. She had a service provider for years that just quit the day before Christmas. She has been calling providers since then trying to secure someone. She finally received a tentative commitment for service this afternoon, I will be checking back with her.

@Councillor Camell, thank you for your followup with the homeowner and explanation. I suspect some of the problems with unshoveled sidewalks around the city are related to unexpected situations like this.
