Hello, I have recently moved to this apartment. I have have been having an issue with people parking in our driveway. I have a lease that issues that we pay for this parking space. The reason we moved here is because we have a son who is handicap who has celebrar palsy and this first floor gives him access to move around without having any issues with steps what’s so ever. The school bus has come to pick him up and it has been a hassle to pull the ramp because there is always someone parked on the driveway. We have placed signs on the gate with the handicap symbol and a No parking sign as well but it seems that is doesn’t face anyone. Have had to take a cab to and from work because I can’t even pull my car out. We can’t run errands on the weekend because we are constantly being blocked in. Why should I have to hunt down people to move their car for a space I pay for every month. God forbid their is an emergency and we can’t get out. I’m hoping to see if someone can help us resolve this issue please. I have attached pictures of at least two different cars that have parked in front of the drive more then two and three time.
