BHA did not remove SNOW from majority of parking areas at both buildings. Elderly, disabled, and handicapped unable to dig out vehicles. Several vehicles plowed in. Handicapped spaces inaccessible due to snow. BHA was contacted today, answering service operator states maintenance will not be doing any snow removal, call back Monday. This us creating a significant safety hazard for vulnerable residents. Several photos taken and also being submitted to local media. Thus storm has been irresponsibly handled by the housing authority and the city should step in.
