Sharraxaadda

There is a large, deep, and hard to avoid pothole around a grate just past the 31st St Bridge on the way into town. My tire was blown out and wheel was bent after going over this pothole. There were cones near it, but they had been knocked over and tossed aside, they were not helpful it alerting me to the danger.
