Description

A tow truck dumped this vehicle at the edge of the yard three weeks ago. It is inoperable, a blight issue, and resident has no intention of moving it. Bumpers and portion of vehicle body missing. It has been reported before by numerous residents and has been assigned to an officer...and yet it still sits there! Please send an officer out to review.
