The Greig Street road of Seat Pleasant is blighted. The dangerous debris comes from the St. Matthew's Anglican Catholic Church property. The retaining fence of the property is on Greig Street, at the road side. The deteriorated fence is from 5610 Addison Road to the 6202 hundred block of greig Street next to the property, blighted.

I contacted the Prince George's County Department of Environmental Resources, at 301-883-5810, and Tim Matzen of the Community Standards Group for assistance. A Inspector, Tim Holden at, 301 883-6008 inspected the conditions mentioned. He found non-compliances under the City of Seat Pleasants control along with the St. Matthew's Anglican Catholic Church property.

He alleged to have cited the person’s named in the notice of the unsafe conditions after diligent search for such persons. But it now under our attention he never sent a notice to such persons. A copy of the notice shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises. Such procedure shall be deemed the equivalent of personal notice.

If the persons refused or neglected the notice of the unsafe conditions and to comply with the requirements of the notice to abate the condition.
