A Service Request has been issued for 1434 Briarcliff Rd , Inspector Robinson has been assigned. A site visit will be made and violations documented.

Per the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 15, Article III, this vehicle is in fact abandoned as it has been sitting for WELL over 15 days, unmoved. Per the code, Sections 15-53 and 54, notice needs to be made by the county that the property owner is in violation and the vehicle needs to be moved or disposed of within 10 days of the notice.

Officers have already made two visits to this residence concerning this issue! Why has nothing been done??

Message left today for Mr Baker at the Code Enforcement office asking for an update on this issue

Inspector Robinson has been assigned to inspect the property at 1434 Briarcliff Rd. Once the inspection is completed, a Notice of Violation will be sent to the owner.
