Thank you for your concern.. without seeing this issue, it is hard to determine who is responsible, however, if the overgrown brush is on Silver Lake property, it would be their responsibility to clear the obstruction. If the overgrowth is along Bath Rd. (Penndot Hwy) it would be the State's responsibility.
