Description

This traffic light stays red waaaay to long when stopped on Malvern Ave at Patterson.
Hoping this could be adjusted to a bit more reasonable time allowance.
(the same issue also occurs at 3 other near by traffic lights - i'm alerting you to those too and hoping they can be adjusted too).
