If the City considered installing a stop light at 45th St. N. and 38th Ave. N., like I suggested (due to heavy traffic, numerous accidents and excessive speeders), you wouldn't have to worry about someone running into the back of you just to turn onto 45th St. N. The stop light would slow down the traffic.

This is in the County right of way and will be forwarded to Pinellas County SeeClickFix.
