Not sure why they are right on top of the snow bank can’t be missed today? Address is exact? Please do not close until trash and recycle have been emptied. Thank you

This trash still has not been picked up can someone please call me about this today? Not sure why this keeps getting closed and my trash is not getting picked up some miscommunication somewhere. Thank you

Why does this keep getting closed when this trash has not been picked up all week? As a result the barrels fell over into the street today and the trash spilled into the street. What is the problem? I’m not sure what the confusion is with picking up this trash? I reopened this ticket everyday letting you know my trash and recycle have not been picked you close it everyday saying it’s been done by the time I get home someone has refilled both my barrels? Unlikely!?
