Description

Traveling South on Haynes Bridge to make a left turn onto Rainwater (at Ruth Chris) the turn light was a solid green but the oncoming traffic also had a solid green. It seems this light is usually an arrow and then turns yellow. Someone coming upon the light might think they actually have the go ahead with the green in the turn lane when in fact the oncoming traffic would not be stopping
