Hope that we can see this mess on this location cleared up soon...especially as complaints have been made to the City of Richmond since 9/27/2012! So hey, City, when is it going to happen? What does "pending" mean in real terms?

Still broken up this am, I wondered too. This is a great tool, but does any work get done ?

Richmond Engineering in engaged in the inspection, planning, and scheduling process right now. Please dial Engineering at 646-0435 (Cityworks#-170440) if you would like to be placed on the listing to be mailed a hardcopy of the Estimate/Plan through US Postal mail once it is prepared. DPW Sidewalk Mgmt referred this to DPW Engineering because the section needing attention is larger in scope and scale than DPW Sidewalk Mgmt can accommodate - rtt
