It's taken down on purpose every winter. It only goes up in the summer because of the kids playing baseball. No baseball and no kids equals no stop sign.

That's still an area where cars fly through, no matter what time of day/year it is. And there's never any notification of the traffic pattern change, so cars who think oncoming traffic on Partridge have a stop don't, so they turn and pull out in front of them, nearly causing an accident. I've witnessed this numerous times. Or people not knowing there's a stop sign nearly rear-end the car who stops when they sign is in. Just leave it, and make the neighborhood safer for everyone...
