Telephone pole cable over sidewalk. I moved it but it is a tripping hazard.

This cable is problematic when it is up, it is hard to see. Make sure the yellow plastic covering is reinstalled when this is fixed. If someone tried to cross Main Street where it is they could trip on it and fall into the road.
