Description

282 Princeton Avenue, JC is a vacant, abandoned building that is infested with racoons. The animals are coming in the property of 280 Princeton Avenue. The properties are connected. Ms. Perez opened her closet door and the racoon was there. They also are going through the gutters and destroying them. There is a door in the rear of 282 Princeton Avenue that is open. Needs to be boarded up.
