Description

As seen below in pictures this has been a issue that hasn't seem to get fixed. Right in front of my drive way is water that just sits in gutter which will sit for weeks it will not drain. This is a huge problem that continues to attract bugs tons of leaves and horrible smell due to the water is just sitting and having no were to drain...
Need this fixed and looked at asap... For some reason will not let me add photos...
