Description

This is Toledo police officer Spann, on my way to work this morning I was going through the intersection of Erie/Orange, when I received a flat tire on my 2017 Chevy Cruze which only has 4000 miles. My tires WERE in perfect condition, the roadway how ever is not. This issue needs to be addressed immediately before more vehicles sustain damage
