Description

At the end of Laurelwood Lane, the road stops but the Right-of-Way continues. In that right of way there is a lot of mud and other debris that pools, builds up and runs down into surrounding yards, creating a washout effect. The City has fixed this is in the past, but its been a few years and built back up again.
