Housing Authority property that needs IMMEDIATE attention! Kids are standing in the streets waiting for school buses because the sidewalk isn't cleared! Extreme safety issue! I talked to residents and they reference Elm City Community lack of care! Calls were made repeatedly! Kids are vulnerable to speeding traffic whilst waiting on school buses!
