For months on end, trash collection is leaving our alley's trash bins in the middle of the alley making it impossible for any vehicles to pass without the driver getting out of the vehicle to move the trash bin. They leave empty trash bins knocked over on their side! These trash bins are also being inconveniently and purposely placed in front of our rolling doors making in impossible for us to leave our own driveways. I understand that this is a thankless job, but please alert staff/personnel to effectively replace trash bins as they found them along the fence line.
