I am a resident of Emeryville and I ride the Amtrak Capital Corridor train. The Terraces Parking Lot, 5855 Horton St. has a problem updating their system with the monthly passes. I purchased a ticket on Dec 29th. The pass worked for the first week of Jan and then stopped working. The Amtrak agents have asked the garage to update the pass list for me at least 3 times. Today is Jan 11th. As a resident and commuter, I'd like to know what is the issue that continues with the employees of the garage. In addition, the cashier at the garage who is there in the weekday evenings is extremely rude, purporting that it's my fault or Amtrak's fault that one of the garages employees is not doing their job.
