In order to prevent another fatality, the street light crew needs to work overnight and check every single street light on NorthPoint Parkway. Start at Mansell and work your way up to Windward Parkway. There are a lot lights that are either out or are blocked by trees. Pay special attention to the MARTA bus stops. Most of them are indicated by metal signs hidden in very dark areas. These bus stops need to be well lit for safety and the surrounding areas need to be well lit so people can get off the bus and safely get to their destinations. That area near Kimball Bridge where the woman was killed is especially dark.
