How long is the City going to sit on it's thumbs and do NOTHING about this issue?
Every time I drive by this abandoned shopping center, there are a group of people lounged in the parking lot near the bus stop. At times, they have gone as far as to bring chairs, recliners and couches to make themselves more comfortable while they loiter all day long. They use the wall of the Subway Sandwich shop for their restroom as cars (with children, I'm sure) drive by. At what point does the city stop playing 'Tag' with the owner(s) of the shopping center and start taking legal action against them in order to make them comply with our city ordinances?
