I'll take a look for this new yield sign. I drive there every day, and don't think I've seen it. I also think those turning left would have the right of way, because if we're yielding it has the potential to back up traffic turning left, thereby blocking both lanes including those traveling southbound who are NOT making the turn. One of these days I'm going to get hit at this intersection, either from the side or behind. But I hope not!
