Description

Had reported an issue of a dog who has been whining and crying now since New Year Day. The address is 632 Elk at the Four Hills Mobile Home Park. It is the 2nd house on the right off of Singing Arrow. Mail box says 63 on it as the last number is peeled away.

Today the dog was whining from 8 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. which probably was because it was tired. No one got home until late in the evening.

I believe they are keeping the dog locked up underneath the stairs on the side yard and it is kept there until they get home from work. Not sure if they take it in at night because it has woken me up at 5 a.m. on many occasions. I don't think they feed or give it water on a regular basis, it is pretty much neglected. It is a small white dog but do not know the breed.

As noted earlier this dog has been whining since New Year Day and it was a very cold day then and I don't think it even has shelter except for being underneath the stairs, single mobile home stairs.
