Description

This is what my water looks like as of 1:00 a.m. Monday morning on Cicotte Ave. This happened sometimes last year, I reported it, and I was told that it was caused by a contractor using a fire hydrant.

Is there any way to know in advance when my water is going to be yellow? Is there any way to provide water to contractors without this happening? How do I know when my water is safe to use again?
