I reached out to the owner of 317 and tried speaking with the tenants of 315 but no one seems to care. The problem is both apt buildings have a it's not my trash attitude but all the trash comes from these two buildings. They put the trash out early and most times the trash is overflowing from the can. The trash collectors rightfully don't pick up their trash consequently it's left and flies with the wind. The tenants at 317 and 315 Parkland are responsible for most of the loose trash that litters our beautiful tree lined block.
