Can I ask why I just saw a black city of Malden pickup truck drive the wrong way down Hawthorne? So it's ok to break the law if you are a town employee?

Please do not come up with invalid excuses for those city employees who work for you...

I assume this was a city vehicle, NOT designated as a “disaster vehicle” with AMBER lights on top of said vehicle. Also I assume because of this, the vehicle would not be equipped with any siren, warning motorists of this vehicles intent to disregard normal driving laws.
Amber may be used for emergencies, however the color does not allow you to disregard traffic laws EN ROUTE, only on scene; blue or red light permits would only allow you to do so en route.

conduct on the part of the city being blocked? Why are some posters, like Walther, allowed to post core political speech in this public forum, while others, who have never once violated the TOS, are subjected to prior restraint and ultimately censorship? Why is it that messages supportive of the city are acceptable and at least some that are critical are not? Does the city have a policy regarding the use of SCF by city employees? Does the city have a policy prohibiting city employees from requesting that SCF censor certain posters in order to frustrate their rights under the First Amendment? If such policies exist, would you kindly direct me to where I might request them?Thank you.
