I called over the summer and reported that the storm water from the ROW swale was not draining properly and the water is backing up into our yard. A gentleman came out and said that we definitely needed to have our swale redone and water graded away from the property. The timeline was a couple months.

We have since finished our yard and have roughly $40k in sod installed and another $45k in the paver driveway. The water is still backing up into our yard all the way up to the driveway and I am very concerned that once rainy season comes, the standing water will damage the new sod/driveway.

Do you guys have a timeline yet? They are working next door, but they are telling me the we are not on the radar. This is very important
