There is a 55 Gal. Drum behind 3211 Osage. A report was made when it was behind 3942 Virginia. They rolled it across the alley and it rolled into the middle of alley. It was then put back at original address 3942 Virginia and now it has been rolled to 3211 Osage. This drum is full of something because a scraper was going to take it until he couldn't lift it. There is something leaking out of it. Need to get this moved ASAP. Since it is unknown it toxic. Children and animal could be at risk. oh it is a black drum.
