This garbage has been accumulating here for months and know one seems to care, well i do! Why isnt the property owner being held responsible for this horrible looking sight? tThis piece of property extends all the way to starbucks and is a haven for homeless, squatters and one terrible looking sight! It was cleaned up last year when there was over 5 homeless encampments on the property. The garbage was picked up on the north end of the property only after i contacted Caltrans, well, the garbage is back and starting to pile up again. It only took one day for homeless bums and squatters to start up again. This is getting old, writing into the city, but i will keep flooding your sight until something starts changing! Step up council and make a change!
