Description
The owner of one white van has garbage falling off of the top of the van onto the street. The back windows in the van are broken out of it. Black plastic is in the back windows.
The owner of the other white van also has a smaller Toyota car backed right up against it. Both have expired plates. The other car is a blue Toyota Camry which has been parked behind the over sized tow truck. The over sized tow truck is too big, is parked 2 feet (estimate) east of the fire hydrant and blocks the access for our condo association entry for the garbage and recycling truck on pick up day. The owner of the blue Toyota with a yellow rope tied around the bumper, (parked for 2 weeks) and the car and van bumped up against each other with expired plates, lives on the next street over. He can enter N 178th from his backyard which is on N 178th. The owner of this tow truck, 2 cars, and one white van does his car repair work on N 178th. It is an eye soar and a nuisance.
The other white van with the windows broken out and items, including garbage, ice coolers, balck containers falling off of it is an eye soar as well. ALL of these vehicles have been on the street for weeks.
I understand that I am not the first to report this.
How can the city end this once and for all? I have seen the van owner of the broken windows take notices off of his van in the past. The other car repair owner will move the cars and then re park them. The owner of the 4 vehicles lives in the house with the yellow and blue and graffiti fence facing N 178th St.

We need No parking of signs near the fire hydrant since this happens all the time. Not only blocking hydrant which is a safety issue but it's difficult to turn into our entrance. Please investigate this issue. I can say that the majority of cars parked on the side have been there for weeks.
Thank you for your attention to this matter
