We are aware of this vehicle. In Patton Township and generally elsewhere it is legal to park along the side of a street where there is no sign indicating it is prohibited from parking there. We have been out to observe the situation. The SUV is parked in a location without signs prohibiting parking there. The SUV appears to be situated 15-18 inches away from the curb which places it into the travel lane of passing vehicles. The Patton Township Police have ticketed several cars parked on the streets during the last snow storm in accordance with Township Code. I will pass this a issue along to the Police to make sure the vehicle is parked correctly along the curb and not obstructing traffic to the degree allowed by Code or law.
