Description
The don't walk sign is stuck on during the left turn phase of northbound traffic, forcing pedestrians to walk in front of turning cars from the southbound lanes when the walk sign finally does come on. Please turn on the walk sign northbound when cars are using the green left arrow to turn onto Grand (the opposite direction from the crosswalk).

Suggestion: DONT walk into a crosswalk until a WALK signal is given to you.
And push the button if you intend to cross the street, then WAIT for the walk signal.
