Borough Clerk assigned this issue to Code Enforcement

Told the mayor last year he would rue the day Council adopted Click Fix. The day has arrived.

If a property is found in violation the Code Enforcement Officer will issue a notice of violation. If the property owner fails to comply, a civil infraction ticket will then be issued and a pre-trial date will be scheduled.
