Description

The Avalon plays music throughout the day at a very unreasonable volume. There are apartments above all of the stores. I live on the sixth floor and the music is clearly audible and very distracting since I work from home. I have measured the decibel level from inside my apartment with many iPhone applications and they are in the range of 70-85 DB at times depending on the song that is playing.
