Description

Right in front of the Four Elms Condo's Manville Hill Rd entrance is a huge depression/dip in the road. Please fix this as water accumulates and freezes and cars are damaged since it is not easily visible with winter road conditions. It looks as if the depression is about to become and open a giant sinkhole.
