Description
Dead trees in front yard and back yard. Both posing a hazard to pedestrians and vehicles traveling on road and alley. Been like this for years and apparently codes has been unsuccessful in getting compliance. City should remove these dangerous conditions and bill to home owner who is absent and full of excuses and hardships which are not the case.

The city is not allowed to go onto private property to remove trees and there is no mechanism in place to back charge the owner for this service - The city can however at its discretion remove a tree on the right of way if it is imminent danger of colapse. CSR will review the property and its measurements for right of way and if any trees may qualify for removal.
