So many issues with today's trash service. First, I attempt to pull into my driveway ON BRIGHTON only to be met by a mangled recycling bin which I PAID FOR. $50 My city issued bin was where I placed it in the nicely shoveled out location adjacent to my driveway. That means that it was thrown without care for the drivers that must have had to try to swerve around this at the point of a merge in the road which is ALREADY dangerous. They failed to pick up the xmas tree or the very neatly organized box of broken down boxes after 3 weeks of not having recycling pickup my garage is on overload. And I find a rude note taped to my bin saying that they won't pick up the boxes. At this point rodents are starting to find my recycling attractive. I called to talk with someone at public works and the person had gone home. I called at 430. Needless to say I am beyond frustrated, out $50 and leaving the remainder at curbside to let nature do with it what it will.
