Apparently, PennDOT chooses not to fix this issue, maybe because it is a signal timing issue, and not something where 6 workers can mill about on-site collecting a paycheck.

This intersection is once again atrocious with the backup of traffic beyond the exit ramp of 30 and onto the shoulder of the bypass. Very dangerous. Perhaps it is just the timing, but it is definitely off right now. Really needs to be fixed. Not to mention how Rt. 100 southbound can be reduced to one lane for over 6 months with no construction even starting and materials just sitting on the side of the road. Great way to slow down a very busy road not to a waste of taxpayer dollars.
