I don't know why people throw their junk in a place we don't see. I live 35yrs in Robert St on top of the hill.. I'm like a spy watching people pass by like in my hill they park & throw garbage like empty bottle, paper cups etc. I always clean because I like my surroundings looks clean. I live in Bpt for 48yts as a good citizen. Those people throwing junk are not educated & don't give a damn,no respect to other property.
