Not only aren't people stopping, but it gets more interesting when you see all of the boys playing at this intersection...where there is an awesome park (Jane Lownes Park) only a few blocks away. When the sun is setting, it's nearly impossible to see the kids...perhaps a speed strip before the signs to alert drivers that they need to stop before they run someone over...?
