Description

Estuary Homeless Encampments Along the Lake are constantly dumping their debris on the Estuary walkway by 1200 Lakeshore. This is the 5th time I have reported thus activity and it needs to STOP! OAKLAND SHUT THIS CAMP DOWN PERMANENTLY!!!
