Wanted to let you know that Advanced Disposal has not served our =
community this week (Enclave section). Our normal pickup is Wednesday. =
Their response when I inquired is that they could not reach us due to =
the street conditions. Maybe Tuesday morning, but Wednesday and =
Thursday our streets were completely clear accept for a few small =
patches. I have been out with no difficulty multiple times all week =
long and yesterday, one of their can delivery trucks was in the =
neighborhood delivering and picking up cans. They even came by my =
residence by mistake. At this point, they do not plan to serve this =
section at all this week and will start service back on next Wednesday. =
I do not find this acceptable. My can is already filled to capacity and =
at the street side. I do not intend to bring smelly trash back into my =
garage. The same holds true for all the homes on the cut de sac. I =
hope that this level of service can be improved because it is totally =
unacceptable to me.

HMS does not actually maintain trash service for your community.
Because last week there was a holiday (MLK Day) and there was bad wintery weather resulting in unsafe driving conditions, I'm sure that service got delayed all around for the various trash services in the Metro area. If Advanced does not pick up again on their designated date this week, please contact their offices directly.
