Description
I'm sorry to bring this up again, when you've already promised to improve signage along Mare Island Way's roadside paths. Today, once again, I was harassed by a bicyclist riding on the west side pedestrian path between Harbor Way and the Causeway. At this location, there is a clearly marked bike lane on the side of the roadway, and yet this bicyclist clearly believed they had priority over a pedestrian on the sidewalk.
While getting to this posting, I found numerous cases of bicyclists bemoaning their ill treatment by motorists. Can we remind both of them that there is a third class of road users, pedestrians, more likely than them to be infirm, impaired, or juvenile. Please give them consideration.

Please record any information you can regarding those who are not yielding to peds along the pathway. Description, time, etc., anything that can help them identify the person(s).
The information needs to be submitted to the Police Department. They do not use See Click Fix, so you can send an email or call the non emergency number: 707 648 4321

The city doesn't fix it. The police department doesn't care. Maybe I'll go back to riding my bicycle - the one I've been meaning to get fixed ever since it fell into one of Vallejo's famous pot holes.
