Congestion with parked vehicles on Hanover. Unsafe driving conditions. Please install no parking signs and enforce. It's really bad around the apartments.

The issue I see is that most of those cars are illegal in one way or another and the complex will have them towed if on their property. That's why they started parking on the street. The flatbed and other big truck are not there often.
