Description

The sewers on the north side of Queens Blvd between 73rd Ave & 75th Ave on the sidewalk are obviously clogged with feces and absolutely stink! They have been like this for years but I now live around here and the smell is horrible on a daily basis, even with any snow buildup on the ground, you can still smell it. Can something be done about this?
