3900 2nd St. is supposed to be a Half Way House for recovering alcohol/drug addicts. He charges $130 a week to stay there. This week-end he cussed out one of the tenants for missing House meeting. There isn't a counselor for these MEN, Just the owner of the house, he lives next door. I do not believe this man is a registered AA counselor or Addiction counselor. Just having tenants who are down and out trying to collect $$ to keep "Freedom House" running. There is drug use/alcohol/2 od's. Please check this address out and the owner. He has no clue what goes on in House also dirty inside and has multiple roaches.
