Description
There are a number of apartments/units being renovated at the apartment complex. There does not to appear to be any visible permits for this type of work. There does not appear to be a contractor working on the site as well. There have been several issues (plumbing related) that have caused several of the units to flood and these units are currently occupied by tenants. I feel really bad for them because it smelled like raw sewage spewing in their units. (Both on 1st floor near leasing office.) There are other projects occurring on the property and they are not roped off to prevent injury. I'm concerned for our safety.
